ORLANDO, FL, Oct.28, 2026
The 2026 PNC Championship will feature more women in its field than ever before. The current World No. 1, Nelly Korda, will be making her sixth appearance alongside dad Petr in the season-ending event. Annika Sörenstam will play alongside her son Will for the fourth consecutive time, while twelve-time PGA Tour Champion Steve Stricker will partner with daughter Izzi, and six-time PNC championship winner, Bernhard Langer, returns to the competition alongside his daughter, Christina. Together, the four women represent a record presence in the event’s field.
Ten-time major winner Annika Sörenstam said: “It is fantastic to see more women participating in the PNC Championship this year. The event has always been about bringing families together through golf, and having a larger female presence makes it even more special.”
This year’s field will also welcome Cameron Young, who recently accepted the invitation to make his PNC Championship debut, partnering with his father, David. Young arrives after a breakthrough 2026 season in which he captured THE PLAYERS Championship, the PGA Tour’s flagship event, and became the inaugural champion of the Cadillac Championship, shooting 19-under to win by six strokes, ahead of World No. 1 Scottie Scheffler.
Of his debut, Young said: “”Being invited to the PNC Championship for the first time is an honor, and something I’m looking forward to. It’s a unique event where I have the opportunity to compete alongside my father against an incredible field. It will be a really cool dynamic, and having the family around makes for a great way to end the year.”
Young joins former PNC Championship winner David Duval, Masters champions and fan favorites Trevor Immelman, 1994 The Open champion Nick Price, and six-time major winner Lee Trevino, ensuring he maintains his unblemished record of competing in every single edition of the PNC Championship. They join Bernhard Langer, Brooks Koepka and Matt Kuchar in the line-up for the 2026 field with nine players still to be announced.
Fans can now purchase tickets to the tournament at HERE. To preserve the integrity and unique feel of the event, with the spectator experience our highest priority, the PNC Championship is a limited capacity event. Therefore, there is a limited availability of tickets, ranging from grounds access to all-inclusive hospitality overlooking the 18th Green. Buy tickets early to secure your spot at our family event.
The tournament, which will be broadcast live across NBC, GOLF Channel and Peacock, attracts major champions whose victories this year span 1959 to the present day.
The PNC Championship has continued to evolve and develop since the inaugural tournament in 1995, when 10 major winners gathered with their sons. The tournament now features 20 major champions and their relatives competing in a two-day, 36-hole scramble for the Willie Park Trophy. To qualify for the PNC Championship, players must have won a major championship or The Players Championship. Their partner must not hold any playing status on a professional Tour.
